Fixed working hours are an absolute must for me. I have some hobbies and a small family. In order for me to manage everything, it's important to me that I'm in the office by 8 o'clock sharp and home again by 1 o'clock sharp. At Passauer Wolf, this isn't a problem, on the contrary, they even make sure I don't work too much overtime. Of course, there are days when I stay longer or arrive earlier, but overall, I've developed a very balanced routine. This way, I can perfectly balance my private and professional life, without ever feeling like one is being left behind

I cannot imagine a better profession than in care. Yet, my job is challenging, both physically and emotionally. Precisely because I love my job, it is important to me that I get enough time to meet my own needs and, above all, to spend time with my family. That is why I am glad that there is the 14/14 model at Passauer Wolf – I work for 14 days and then have 14 days at my disposal. For me, it's an ideal way to balance family and work. After 14 days with the family, I am able to take up work again fresh and full of energy.
